This site has no forms, no cookies and no tracking. If you email us, we use what you send to reply. We don't sell or share personal information.
Who we are
Ideatives Inc., a Wyoming corporation, runs ideatives.com and decides how the data described here is used. Under EU and UK data protection law, we are the controller. Contact: info@ideatives.com.
What we collect and why
When you visit
Our host, Cloudflare, receives the data every web request includes: your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser type and the time. It uses this to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We don't use it to identify or profile visitors.
When you email us
We get your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and, if you ask about working with us, to follow up.
What we don't do
- No cookies, and no analytics or advertising scripts.
- No mailing list. We don't add you to anything.
- No automated decisions about you.
You don't have to give us any data to read this site. Emailing us is optional.
Legal basis (EU and UK)
- Running and securing the site: our legitimate interest in a working, safe website.
- Answering email: our legitimate interest in replying, or steps you ask for before a possible contract.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting and security.
- Google LLC: our email (Google Workspace).
Both act as our service providers. We don't sell or share personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it's processed
We are a US company, so your data is handled in the US and wherever our providers operate. Cloudflare and Google are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, its UK Extension and the Swiss-U.S. framework.
How long we keep it
Cloudflare keeps request logs under its own retention rules. We keep emails as long as needed to answer and follow up, and longer only when they become part of a client engagement or a business record the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it. If EU or UK law applies, you can also ask us to restrict its use or send you a copy in a portable format. Email info@ideatives.com. We reply within one month and may ask you to confirm it's you.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the EU, the one where you live or work; in the UK, the ICO.
California
In the last 12 months we collected identifiers (IP address, email address), internet activity (pages requested) and what you wrote to us, for the purposes above. We don't sell or share personal information, and we don't ask for sensitive personal information.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children.
Changes
When this page changes, we update the date at the top.
